Products and orders

Our hats and beanies are decorated to order through Printful. Review the product description, style, color, quantity, and delivery address before placing your order. Product photos and mockups illustrate the design; screen colors and finished decoration may vary slightly.

Prices and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. The amount shown when you place your order applies to that order.

Production and shipping

We currently ship to United States addresses. Production takes place before shipping. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and items may ship separately. See our Shipping Policy for more information.

Returns and order changes

We accept returns of unworn, unused items within 30 days of delivery, with customers paying change-of-mind return shipping. See our Return and Refund Policy for conditions and instructions. Contact us promptly about damaged or incorrect items. Cancellation or address-change requests may not be possible once production begins.

Order issues

If an item becomes unavailable or we identify an error affecting your order, we will contact you to arrange a resolution. If we cannot fulfill the order, we will refund the unfulfilled items and associated charges.
