Refund policy

30-day returns

We accept returns of unworn, unused hats and beanies within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition.

To start a return, email fckthehoa.store@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please contact us before mailing an item; do not send returns directly to Printful without our instructions.

For change-of-mind returns, customers pay return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. We will help arrange a replacement or refund. You will not be responsible for return shipping when the issue is our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you with the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Cancellations

Our products are made to order. Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation or change; we cannot guarantee changes once production begins.
